ABSTRACT Today they are integrated survey stations that made be possible to associate to every station a GPS positioning. The surveyor use directly in the field coordinates produced by the measures of both the sensors in a global reference system. They grows therefore three kind of problems, the first one is more general: 1) to adjust classical measures joint with derived GPS coordinates (you don't generally have baselines) in 3D and rigorous way; 2) to innovate the traditional survey schemes; 3) to verify the precision of measure schemes, specially regard heights. In the past we did the approximate hypothesis that the geoid and the local ellipsoid are coincided. The job takes in examination these problems with examples for every aspect.
