Toronto Structured Interview for Alexithymia e 20-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale: confronto in diversi gruppi clinici

Abstract

The paper describes results of joint administration of the Toronto Structured Interview for Alexithymia and of the 20-Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale on different clinical groups. Results show how in some conditions, when subjects may not be aware of their degree of contact with emotions, or may have reasons for denying their difficulties, use of the Interview may allow assessment of differences not otherwise asceirtanable.
