Las empresas en Perú se han caracterizado por sus formas de financiamiento de manera tradicional, esto se debe a que seguimos siendo un país en vías de desarrollo. Para poder seguir con el crecimiento económico, se necesita dinamizar la economía peruana dando a conocer a las empresas nuevas opciones de financiamiento, incentivando y motivando a los inversionistas a dar movimiento a sus capitales mediante otros mecanismos. Es por ello que la presente investigación muestra cómo la Titulización de Flujos Futuros ayuda en el crecimiento de la institución educativa en estudio. Se han utilizados las memorias anuales de los años 2018 y 2019 de la institución educativa en mención para poder realizar un comparativo entre ambos períodos y ver el crecimiento que ha obtenido; de la misma manera se han revisado los estados financieros auditados de la institución, para calcular los principales indicadores financieros. Finalmente, se determinó que la mejor fuente de financiamiento para la institución en estudio es la Titulización de Flujos Futuros, debido a que se puede optar por un financiamiento a largo plazo y solicitar importes superiores que una entidad financiera no puede otorgar. Además, la titulización impactó positivamente en el crecimiento de la institución educativa, puesto que se pudo ampliar y construir 38 nuevos colegios, mejoró sus indicadores financieros, Ebitda en 2% más, y el apalancamiento en 32%, se contrató a 234 nuevos trabajadores administrativos (incluidos docentes) y contó con 5,730 alumnos más que el año 2018 que equivale un 16% de crecimiento.

In addition, securitization positively impacted the growth of the educational institution, since 38 new schools could be expanded and built, its financial indicators improved by 2% more, and leverage by 32%, 234 new administrative workers were hired (including teachers) and had 5,730 more students than in 2018, which is equivalent to 16% growth.
