San Ignacio de Loyola y Santa Teresa de Jesús

Abstract

This chapter shows how Ignatius of Loyola and his Spirituality influenced the life and religious experience of Sainte Teresa of Ávila through the contacts and conversations with different Jesuits. An approach to the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius and to the Interior Castle of Theresa shows the affinities and similarities between these two classical works of the universal spiritual literature.
