SUMMARY This thesis contains prosody investigations about Turkish folk songs in Sivas-Divrigi region environs. The thesis has composed on four chapters, and about the importance and the position of prosody in music has been mentioned in first chapter. In second chapter, about the stressing which constitutes the fundamentals of prosody and the other prosody rules had been mentioned. The errors concerned with the subject have been determined and presented to be corrected in third chapter. As a conclusion, the reasons which cause errors of prosody have been disclosed.
ÖZET Bu tez Sivas-Divriği yöresine ait ezgiler üzerinde prozodi incelemelerini kapsamaktadır. Tez dört bölümden meydana gelmiş olup, birinci bölümde prozodinin müzikteki yeri ve öneminden bahsedilmiştir, ikinci bölümde, prozodinin temelini oluşturan `vurgu` dan ve diğer prozodi kurallarından bahsedilmiştir. Konu ile ilgili hatâlar tesbit edilmiş ve düzeltilerek üçüncü bölümde sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, prozodi hatâlarına sebep olan nedenler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. İV
