Adaptive beam control of dual beam phased array antenna system

Abstract

In this study, the Dual Beam Phased Array Antenna System designedfor COST260* project is upgraded to have the abilities of beamsteering, tracking and direction finding by providing the necessarycomputer codes using C++ Programming Language. The functions ofnew prototype are tested to verify the operation.*COST260 project was an adaptive phased array receiving antennasystem for satellite communication, which was operating at 11.49-11.678 GHz band.

Bu çalısmada, COST260* projesi ile tasarlanmıs olan faz taramalıadaptif almaç sistemine demet tarama, sinyal takip ve yön bulma gibiyeni özellikler C++ Programlama Dilinde gerekli bilgisayar kodlarıyazılarak eklenmistir.*COST260 projesi uydu iletisime yönelik 11.49-11.678 GHz frekansbandı aralığında çalısan bir sistemdir.
