Abstract

IV ABSTRACT Many kinds of expenses are observed in the calculation of total manufacturing cost of welded constructions. These are generally divided into three groups as the expenses of material, manufacturing and administration. Besides these, there are general expenses added to each group with a certain percentage in the calculation of the cost. In this study, the cost of manufacturing having a significant function in the total cost has been emphasized and the expenses forming the cost have been examined to be able to calculate the cost of the welding operation in the welded constructions made up by using arc welding methods. The expenses of consumed materials ( electrode and gas ), of the workers' wages, of energy and of machine come round in the calculation of the cost of the welding operation in the principal methods called manual metal arc welding, gas shielded welding, cored wire electrode welding and submerged arc welding. An accurate time investigation is necessary for the calculation of these expenses. The accurate calculation of the cost of the welding operation with the time periods obtained as a result of time investigations is indicated on various examples. This sort of calculation is also very useful with regard to the comparison of various methods and for investigations upon whether they are economical or not. The productivity of the firms is attempted to increase by means of different kinds of studies on the time periods necessary for the manufacturing period by using time investigations when needed.

ÖZET Kaynaklı konstrüksiyonların toplam maliyetinin hesaplanmasında birçok masraf türü ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bunlar genellikle malzeme, imalat, yönetim ve işletme masrafları olarak üç gruba ayrılmaktadır. Maliyetin hesaplanmasında ayrıca her gruba belirli bir yüzde olarak ilave edilen genel masraflar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın kapsamında, toplam maliyet içinde önemli bir yeri olan imalat maliyeti üzerinde durulmuş ve arklı kaynak yöntemleri kullanılmak suretiyle gerçekleştirilen kaynaklı konstrüksiyonlarda kaynak işi maliyetinin hesaplanabilmesi için maliyeti oluşturan masraflar incelenmiştir. Başlıca yöntemler olarak, örtülü elektrod kaynağı, gazam kaynağı, özlü tel elektrod kaynağı ve tozara kaynağında, kaynak işi maliyetinin hesaplanmasında, masraf türü olarak ortaya sarf malzemeleri ( elektrod ve gaz ) masrafı, işçilik masrafı, enerji masrafı ve makina masrafı çıkmaktadır. Bu masrafların hesaplanabilmesi iyi bir zaman etüdünü gerektirmektedir. Zaman etüdü sonucu elde edilen sürelerle, kaynak işi maliyetinin doğru olarak hesaplanması, değişik örnekler üzerinde gösterilmiştir. Bu şekildeki bir hesaplama aynı zamanda çeşitli yöntemlerin birbiri ile karşılaştırılması ve ekonomikliklerinin incelenmesi bakmamdan yararlı olmaktadır. Zaman etüdü ile gerektiğinde, imalat süresi için gerekli zaman üzerinde çalışmalar yapılıp, işletmelerin verimliliği de artırılmaya çalışılmaktadır.
