Pozitif psikolojik sermaye ile örgütsel özdeşleşme arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

According to teachers' opinions, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital and organizational identification. The sample of the study using the relational survey model is 331 teachers working in Kepez District of Antalya Province. The data of the study were collected through "Positive Psychological Capital Scale" and "Organizational Identification Scale". Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way variance analysis, Post Hoc Tukey test, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyse sub-problems of the research. According to the results of the study, the positive psychological capital perceptions of teachers were very high and the perceptions of organizational identification were high. Teachers responded to the confidence at the highest level and the optimism dimension at the lowest level for the positive psychological sub dimensions. General positive psychological capital perceptions of teachers in schools with normal education were found higher than those working in dual education schools. The overall positive psychological capital perceptions of teachers in schools where the number of teachers is 46 and above were lower than the teachers in schools with the number of teachers 30 and below. Organizational identification perceptions of teachers working in schools where the number of teachers is 46 and above were lower than the teachers working in schools with fewer teachers. A moderate relationship was found between the general positive psychological capital and organizational identification perceptions of teachers in a positive direction. Considering all sub-dimensions of positive psychological capital together, it explains organizational identification significantly.
