Abstract

Bu makalede Karaman ilinin Ayrancı ilçesine bağlı Berendi köyü yakınlarındaki Akoluk Mağarası'nda bulunan resim ele alınmaktadır. Odak noktamız, öncelikli olarak bu mağarada tespit edilmiş güneş motifine benzeyen resimdir. Ancak resim, Karaman Prehistorik Yüzey Araştırması Projesi kapsamında keşfedildiği için Çakıllıgüney Sırtları olarak bilinen mağaraya yaklaşık 1 kilometre mesafedeki arazilerde belgelenen yontmataş buluntular ve bunların bölgenin jeolojisiyle olan bağlantısına da değinilmiştir. Ardından, Akoluk Mağarası'ndaki resmin DStretch olarak bilinen dijital bir uygulama ile belgelenme yöntemi ve bu yöntemin kullanım sorunları sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda, Anadolu'da resim tekniği ile yapılmış diğer mağara ve kaya sanatı buluntu yerlerine de yer verilmiş ve Akoluk Mağarası'ndaki resim, benzer figürler içeren buluntularla karşılaştırılmıştır. Resim tekniği ile yapılmamış olsa da Türkiye, Sibirya ve Orta Asya'nın çeşitli bölgelerinden oyma, gagalama veya kazıma gibi diğer yöntemlerle yapılmış güneş motifi içeren kaya sanatı alanlarına da değinilmiştir. Son olarak, Akoluk Mağarası resminin önemi ve bağlamı tartışılmış ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur

This study discusses a painting from the Akoluk Cave near Berendi village of Ayrancı district in Karaman province. Our focus is primarily on the sun-shaped figure documented in the cave. However, since the painting was discovered during the Karaman Prehistoric Survey Project, the lithic artifacts documented in the fields located approximately 1 kilometer from the cave known as Çakıllıgüney Sırtları and their connection to the geology of the area are also mentioned. Subsequently, the method of documenting the painting from the Akoluk Cave with a digital application known as DStretch and the utilization issues of this method are presented. To the aim of the study, other findspots in Anatolia, including cave and rock art sites with painting techniques, are given, and the painting from the Akoluk Cave is compared with finds containing similar figures. Though not made with painting techniques, sites with rock art made using other methods such as incising/engraving, pecking, and scraping from various regions in Turkey, Siberia, and Central Asia with sun motifs are also referred to. Finally, the importance and context of the painting are discussed, and various suggestions are made.
