The problem of nature of hell and especially its eternity is among the most controversial topics for the last two century in the contemporary Chiristian philosophical theology. This article deals with the views of Canadian philosopher Clark H. Pinnock about the hell. In this article the arguments he used agaist traditional doctrine of the hell and for the justification of annihilationist hell approach are evaluated in critical manner.
Cehennemin mahiyeti ve özellikle ebedi olup-olmadığı sorunu çağdaş Hıristiyan felsefî teolojisinde son iki asırdır en fazla tartışılan konular arasındadır. Bu makale Kanadalı felsefeci Clark H. Pinnock’un cehenneme ilişkin görüşlerini ele almaktadır. Onun geleneksel cehennem doktrinine yönelttiği ve yok-etmeci cehennem anlayışını savunmak için kullandığı argümanlar eleştirel bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmaktadır.
