Abstract

Ausgehend von der grundsätzlichen Mehrdeutigkeit des Resilienzkonzeptes wird mit Resilienz ein zentrales Phänomen der Positiven Psychologie behandelt. Nach einer einleitenden Definition schliesst sich eine Diskussion der Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede von Resilienz und Positiver Psychologie an. Auf dieser Grundlage werden unter dem Aspekt der Resilienzförderung sowohl Risiko- und Schutzfaktoren als auch Ziele von sowie Anforderungen an Diagnostik und Intervention präsentiert. Abschliessend werden Beispiele konkreter Angebote der Resilienzförderung sowie ein Ausblick auf zukünftige Forschungs- und Praxisfelder gegeben. (K.K.- ZPID)
