En el presente proyecto de investigación titulada: Lineamientos de un centro artesanal que potenciará las actividades artísticas-productivas en Lamas, se realizó un trabajo de la actual situación de las actividades artísticas en la ciudad de Lamas, logrando identificar la problemática que radica en la manera y la forma en cómo se desarrollan las actividades artísticas artesanales, las cuales no vienen siendo las más adecuadas, esto nos ayudó a poder realizar un planteamiento apropiado de espacios funcionales diseñados adecuadamente con el objetivo de dar solución a la problemática existente. La investigación realizada es descriptiva, pues usaremos herramientas que nos permitan medir y saber la situación actual del tema en estudio, con encuestas en los principales puntos de desarrollo de las actividades artísticas en la ciudad de Lamas. Posteriormente, se presentó la propuesta arquitectónica de un Centro Artesanal, a la población de Lamas para conocer en el nivel de satisfacción. Finalmente se llegó a la conclusión, que es factible brindar la infraestructura de un Centro Artesanal, el cual busca mejorar significativamente las condiciones físico-espaciales para el desarrollo de las actividades artísticas de la población.

In the following research project entitled: Guidelines of an artisan center that will promote artistic-productive activities in Lamas, a work was carried out on the current situation of artistic activities in the city of Lamas, identifying the problems that lie in the way and the way in which artistic activities are developed, which are not being the most appropriate, this helped us to make an appropriate approach to properly designed functional spaces with the aim of solving the existing problems. The research carried out is descriptive, because we will use tools that allow us to measure and know the current situation of the subject under study, with surveys in the main points of development of the artistic activities in the city of Lamas. Subsequently, the architectural proposal of an Artisan Center was presented to the population of Lamas to learn about the level of satisfaction. Finally, it was concluded that it is feasible to provide the infrastructure of an Artisan Center, which seeks to significantly improve the physical-spatial conditions for the development of the artistic activities of the population.
