This paperwork has as its goal to study the built of narrative made by the social network member about itself and the meaning that it gives to school and to studies in this process. The research is about the social network Orkut, more specifically, a community dedicated to a school at Rio Claro, São Paulo. In the community we identified the interests shown by the social network users. The Orkut, although doesn’t work as a journal, allows to reorganization of the individual journey, pointing out personal preferences, opinions about many subjects, desires and motivations. In this community, the members talk about subjects related to the school where they had studied or worked. Inside this big group, 18 members answered the question “What part of the school marked you more?” Their answers to this question and their profiles were the targets to our research
Este trabalho tem por interesse estudar a construção da narrativa feita pelo membro de rede social sobre si mesmo e o significado que atribui à escola e aos estudos nesse processo. A pesquisa foi feita na rede social Orkut, mais especificamente uma comunidade dedicada a uma escola de Rio Claro, São Paulo. Nesta comunidade foi feita a caracterização e identificação dos interesses manifestados pelos usuários da rede social. O Orkut, embora não funcione como um diário permite a reorganização da história individual, personalizando e destacando preferências, opiniões acerca de assuntos variados, desejos e motivações. Na comunidade escolhida, os membros falam de assuntos relacionados à escola onde estudaram ou trabalharam. Desses, 18 membros responderam à questão “Que parte da escola te marcou mais?”, sendo suas respostas e perfis alvos de nossa análise
