Metodologias ativas no ensino e aprendizado de Educação Física

Abstract

This study was carried out with a 9th grade elementary school class from the state network of São Paulo, during Physical Education classes, with the general objective: developing and analyzing a teaching and learning process in Physical Education with a focus on Active Methodologies, having as specific objectives: to verify the impact of the Active Methodologies in the participation, in the learning, in the protagonism and in the autonomy of the students and to systematize, in digital material, the teaching and learning process to subsidize the teaching work and to potentiate the students' learning. The methodology was based on qualitative and participant research, with 30 students and a Physical Education teacher in the class as participants. Focal group techniques, semi-structured interviews and field diaries were used for data collection. Through data analysis, it was found that the use of Active Methodologies had a positive impact on students' learning, participation, interest and protagonism. % after research development; regarding youth protagonism, 60% of students felt protagonists during classes, while 75% of them reported having more autonomy in conducting tasks. In the Active Methodologies used, we found in Problem-Based Learning a result of 65% of students with learning considered efficient, in the Flipped Classroom 70% and in Gamification 60%, generating at the end of the study a positive impact in which 85% of the students reported having better learned the skills planned for the two-month period and developed by research through active methodologies, helping them to feel more autonomous and responsible for their teaching and learning process, culminating in more meaningful learning.
