Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo taxonômico da família Lauraceae no estado da Bahia, Brasil. Foram encontrados nos seguintes herbários: A, ALCB, AWH, B, BAH, BC, BHCB, BM, BR, C, CAS, CEN, CEPEC, CM, CNS, COAH, COI, COL, CVRD, E, ESA, F, FI, G, G–DC, GB, GH, GOET, GZU, HAL, HB, HBG, HRB, HRCB, HUEFS, HUESBVC, HUNEB, IAN, IBGE, INPA, IPA, K, KIEL, L, LD, LE, LIL, LINN, LISU, LOJA, LSU, M, MA, MBM, MBML, MEL, MEXU, MG, MICH, MO, NY, OXF, P, PEUFR, QCNE, R, RB, S, SP, SPF, SPSF, TUB, U, UB, UC, UEC, UESC, UFP, US, VEN, VIES, W, e WIS, 112 espécies de Lauraceae reconhecidas até o momento, distribuídas em 16 gêneros: Aiouea (7 espécies), Aniba (4 espécies), Beilschmiedia (2 espécies), Cassytha (1 espécie), Cryptocarya (7 espécies), Damburneya (1 espécie), Endlicheria (2 espécies), Licaria (4 espécies), Mezilaurus (2 espécies), Nectandra (16 espécies), Ocotea (55 espécies), Persea (5 espécies), Phyllostemonodaphne (1 espécie), Rhodostemonodaphne (3 espécies), Urbanodendron (1 espécie) e Williamodendron (1 espécie). São apresentados mapas de distribuição, pranchas de caracteres vegetativos e reprodutivos para as espécies, além de descrições de família e gêneros, tabelas comparativas de caracteres morfológicos e chaves dicotômicas.

This present work provides a taxonomic study of the family Lauraceae in the state of Bahia, Brazil. It was found in the following herbaria: A, ALCB, AWH, B, BAH, BC, BHCB, BM, BR, C, CAS, CEN, CEPEC, CM, CNS, COAH, COI, COL, CVRD, E, ESA, F, FI, G, G–DC, GB, GH, GOET, GZU, HAL, HB, HBG, HRB, HRCB, HUEFS, HUESBVC, HUNEB, IAN, IBGE, INPA, IPA, K, KIEL, L, LD, LE, LIL, LINN, LISU, LOJA, LSU, M, MA, MBM, MBML, MEL, MEXU, MG, MICH, MO, NY, OXF, P, PEUFR, QCNE, R, RB, S, SP, SPF, SPSF, TUB, U, UB, UC, UEC, UESC, UFP, US, VEN, VIES, W, and WIS, 112 species of Lauraceae recognized until this moment, distributed in 16 genera: Aiouea (7 species), Aniba (4 species), Beilschmiedia (2 species), Cassytha (1 species), Cryptocarya (7 species), Damburneya (1 species), Endlicheria (2 species), Licaria (4 species), Mezilaurus (2 species), Nectandra (16 species), Ocotea (55 species), Persea (5 species), Phyllostemonodaphne (1 species), Rhodostemonodaphne (3 species), Urbanodendron (1 species) and Williamodendron (1 species). It is presented distribution maps, vegetative and reproductive sheets for the species, besides the description of family and genera, comparative charts with morphological characters and dichotomous keys.
