On this article, we will discuss the appearance of the black press in the city of Sao Paulo and the analyses of which it had been subject until the facsimile edition organized by Clovis Moura and Miriam Nicolau Ferrara, in an historiographical trajectory that emphasizes its interfaces with the black movement.
