Abstract

O estresse diz respeito às respostas amplas e generalizadas do corpo a várias situações ambientais, físicas e sociais. É a força que impulsiona as emoções e motivos (desejos), mas também é o causador do desgaste natural da existência humana. Este estudo tem por objetivo, investigar os fatores estressores nos servidores técnicos administrativos da Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP, Campus de Bauru, bem como nas empresas prestadoras de serviço dentro do perímetro do Campus. Utilizou-se como metodologia, pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, aplicou-se um questionário visando alcançar os objetivos propostos. Os perfis dos colaboradores que participaram da pesquisa foram: ambos os sexos, adultos, jovens, com diversos níveis de ensino, diversificados níveis de situação conjugal e socioeconômica. Os principais fatores estressores apontados pelos colaboradores foram: a carga horária de trabalho, insatisfação no local de trabalho, pressão do chefe ou colegas, que trazem como consequências, o cansaço ou sonolência, afetando o ambiente de trabalho e na maioria das vezes o familiar. Os sintomas físicos do estresse são o cansaço, dificuldade de relaxar e dor de cabeça, além de dores na coluna. E os sintomas psicológicos verbalizados são preocupação, agitação, agressividade, descontentamento, além de esquecimento e sensação de falta de tempo. Concluiu-se que estes fatores afetam negativamente na qualidade de vida, no trabalho destes colaboradores, interferindo em sua vida profissional, familiar e sócio-afetiva.

El estrés se relaciona con la respuesta amplia y generalizada del cuerpo a diversas situaciones ambientales, físicas y sociales. Es la fuerza que impulsa las emociones y motivaciones (deseos), pero es también la causa del desgaste natural de la existencia humana. Este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar los factores de estrés en servidores técnicos administrativos de la Univ. Estadual Paulista - UNESP, Bauru, así como en las empresas que prestan servicio dentro del perímetro del campus. Se utilizó como metodología de investigación, la literatura y el campo, se aplicó un cuestionario con el fin de alcanzar esas metas. Los perfiles de los empleados que participaron en la encuesta fueron: ambos sexos, adultos, jóvenes con diferentes niveles educativos, niveles variables de estado civil y socioeconómico. Los principales factores de estrés mencionados por los empleados fueron: carga de trabajo, la insatisfacción en el trabajo, presión del jefe y colega, que trae consecuencias, la fatiga o somnolencia, afectando el ambiente de trabajo y de la familia. Los síntomas físicos de estrés son la fatiga, dificultad para relajarse, dolor de cabeza y dolor de espalda. Y los síntomas psicológicos son inquietud, agitación, agresión, insatisfacción, falta de memoria y la sensación de falta de tiempo. Se concluyó que estos factores afectan negativamente la calidad de vida en el trabajo de estos empleados, lo que interfiere con su trabajo, la vida familiar y socio-emocional.

Stress relates to the broad and generalized body's responses to various environmental, physical and social situations. It is the force that drives the emotions and motives (desires), but is also the cause of the wear and tear of human existence. This study aims to investigate the stressors in administrative technical servers Univ. Estadual Paulista - UNESP, Bauru, as well as on companies providing service within the perimeter of the campus. Was used as a methodology, literature and field research, a questionnaire was applied in order to reach those goals. The profiles of employees who participated in the survey were: both sexes, adults, young people with different educational levels, varying levels of marital and socioeconomic status. The main stressors mentioned by the employees were: workload, dissatisfaction in the workplace, pressure boss or colleagues, as they bring consequences, fatigue or drowsiness, affecting the work environment and mostly family. Physical symptoms of stress are fatigue, difficulty relaxing and headache, and backache. And the psychological symptoms are verbalized concern, agitation, aggression, dissatisfaction, and forgetfulness and feeling of lack of time. It was concluded that these factors negatively affect the quality of life in the work of these employees, interfering with your work, family and socio-emotional life.
