Abstract

Este estudo pretende discutir algumas questões relacionadas às estratégias persuasivas adotadas em Agosto, de Rubem Fonseca, buscando desvendar na relação dialética entre enunciador e enunciatário, o modo como se opera o entrecruzamento da ficção e da história e os efeitos de sentido que daí decorrem. Palavras-chave: Ficção, discurso histórico, enunciação, persuasão, sentido.
