Abstract

O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a adição de fontes inorgânicas e diferentes níveis de microminerais de fontes orgânicas no desempenho e qualidade de ovos de poedeiras comerciais. Um total de 192 aves foram distribuídas em delineamento inteiramente casualizados, em 6 tratamentos, com 8 repetições de 4 aves cada, nos tratamentos: 1 - controle negativo (sem suplementação de microminerais); 2 - controle positivo (100% dos níveis de inclusão de minerais de fontes inorgânicas); 3 - 100% do nível de inclusão de microminerais de fontes orgânicas (MO); 4 - 75% de MO; 5 - 50% de MO; e 6 - 25% de MO. Os suplementos de minerais avaliados continham selênio, zinco, ferro, cobre, manganês e iodo. Parâmetros de desempenho (consumo de ração, peso médio do ovo, taxa de postura de ovos, taxa de ovos inutilizados, massa de ovo, conversão alimentar por massa de ovos e por dúzia de ovos) e qualidade de ovo (gravidade específica; cor e porcentagem de gema; espessura e porcentagem de casca; porcentagem de albúmen e Unidade Haugh) foram avaliados. Nas condições do presente estudo, o uso de Bioplex®TR Se em qualquer nível de inclusão na dieta não modificou nenhuma das variáveis de desempenho e qualidade interna e externa do ovo, comparado à dietas sem suplementação de minerais e com minerais em forma inorgânica. Os tratamentos contendo 100% de mineral inorgânico e 100% de minerais na forma de proteinato apresentaram maior taxa de postura quando comparado ao tratamento sem suplementação de minerais

This study aimed to evaluate the addition of inorganic sources and different levels of organic sources of trace minerals on performance and egg quality of laying hens. A total of 192 birds were distributed in completely randomized design of 6 treatments with 8 replicates of 4 birds each in treatments: 1 - negative control (without supplementation of trace minerals), 2 - positive control (100% inclusion levels of inorganic mineral sources), 3 - 100 % of inclusion level of organic trace minerals (OM), 4 - 75 % of OM; 5 - 50 % of OM, and 6 - 25 % of OM. The evaluated mineral supplements contained selenium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese and iodine. Performance parameters (feed intake, average egg weight, egg production, unused egg rate, egg mass, feed conversion by egg mass and per dozen eggs) and egg quality (specific weight, color and yolk percentage, eggshell thickness and shell percentage, albumen percentage and Haugh Unit) were evaluated. Under the conditions of this study, the use of Bioplex ® TR Se at any level of inclusion in the diet did not changed any of the variables of performance and internal and external egg quality, compared to diets without supplementation of minerals and minerals in inorganic form. The treatments with 100% of inorganic trace mineral and 100% of mineral proteinate had higher egg production compared to treatment without mineral supplementation
