The present Final Degree Project has come from the importance of encouraging healthy habits from early ages. This consists on the design of a didactic intervention proposal, which is related to the diet, the practise of physical activity and the rest. Just because it is very important trying to stop those risk factors or behaviours which could affect the school population’s health, it is necessary the teaching and family collaboration. Therefore, the presentation of some activities (which some of them have a playful nature) is justified. The activities will be proposed based on the children’s previous ideas, so a significant apprehension and the awareness of elementary school students about healthy habits could be achieved.
