Abstract

La relación entre calidad de enseñanza y profesorado tiene, entre sus múltiples dimensiones y enfoques desde los que poder realizar un análisis, a los propios Planes de Estudios, entendidos estos como el marco curricular y escenario idóneo en el que se despliegan los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Hablar de calidad de enseñanza es hablar de los profesores, evidentemente, pero aún reconociendo que dicha calidad pueda estar sustentada prioritariamente en su profesorado, requiere contar con el apoyo de un Plan de Estudios igualmente de calidad. En este trabajo se realizan algunas reflexiones críticas sobre el papel del profesorado en el diseño, desarrollo y reforma de los Planes de Estudios y su incidencia en la calidad de la enseñanza universitaria, a partir de la puesta en práctica de la licenciatura de Psicopedagogía en la Universidad de Huelva, incorporando y dando voz a los estudiantes en este proceso.

The relations between teaching quality and faculty have among various dimensions and focus from which to stem an analysis, the curricular plans. These educational schemes must be understood as the curricular framework and ideal scenary from which teaching and learning processes may be developed. Talking about teaching quality means taling about faculty, however even if such quality rests on faculty, a good curricular plan is required to accomplis quality. This work deals with some critical reflections on the faculty's role in the design, development and reformation of educational schemes and its influence on the quality of academic teaching. We'll analyze the practice of Educational Psychology, or as we called it, ''Psycho-pedagogy'' at Huelva University, incorporating and giving students the chance to express their opinion about this process.
