The individual appears in the Constitution of Cadiz as an individual subject of law. This work asks itself what was meant then by the above mentioned concept. In the Set of rules system of that time on whose suppositions the same Constitution appears, the individual was subject "with the conformity of the state" and no by itself with the consequent effect of exclusions and discriminations. In this study it is verified that it continued being the constitutional concept, therefore it focuses on the state incidence of the civil sense on the conception of individual subjects of law, talking in a plural manner it is stated in the Constitution of Cadiz. Particularly it is centred in the genre, the labour, the dependence and the religion.
