Abstract

Trata este artículo de la escultora sevillana del siglo XVII en su transición al XVIII, Luisa Roldán , llamada "La Roldana". Se estudia el tema de "La Natividad del Señor" en grupos de barro, relieves, y se hace un estudio estilístico de los "Belenes" atribuidos a La Roldana por sus características, aportando fotografías de los mismos.

This paper is about the sevillian female sculptor Luisa Roldán, called La Roldana (17th to 18th centuries). It deals specifically with the topic of Nativity in pottery and reliefs, and a study is made of the Nativity scenes attributed to her because of their characterictics. Opinios are given and photografs included.
