Sobre el problema inverso de Lagrange

Abstract

El paso de las ecuaciones de evolución a sus correspondientes Lagrangianas constituye el problema inverso de Lagrange. Tras analizar críticamente los resultados existentes nos planteamos como objetivo buscar métodos capaces de conducirnos de forma sistemática de las ECS. De evolución de los sistemas dinámicos a sus Lagrangianas equivalentes. Ello nos permite situar al nivel de los sistemas Lagrangianos los no Hamiltonianos. En el Capítulo 1 estudiamos el caso unidimensional. El procedimiento que seguimos para determinar l es el siguiente: Tras analizar la ecuación Newtoniana mas general q=f(q q t) estudiamos el caso autónomo q=f(q q) sin hipótesis acerca de la forma funcional de l y establecemos una relación funcional entre l y una integral primera de adq=f(q q)dq invariante al grupo de transformaciones infinitesimales asociadas a los factores integrantes soluciones de la ecuación diferencial: dlanda/dt+landa.deltaf/deltaq. El hecho de introducir desde el primer momento las nociones dinámicas de la mecánica analítica y seguir en el desarrollo un método paralelo al analítico de los sistemas conservativos nos conduce de forma natural a los invariantes relativos al principio variacional equivalente y al algebra de Poisson. Los resultados se particularizan para ecuaciones del tipo q=f(q t) y se extienden para la teoría de la Lagrangianas de segundo orden. Hemos presentado y resuelto mediante el método elaborado numerosos ejemplos de interés físico. En el tercer capítulo generalizamos en la medida de lo posible los métodos y resultados del capítulo anterior a los sistemas multidimensionales. ahora los factores integrantes han de ser soluciones del sistema de ecuaciones diferenciales: dlandaij:dt+1/2deltafk:deltaqjlandaik+1/2deltafk:deltaqilandajk = 0 i j=1 2 ... n.|
