Abstract

En estas líneas, se busca como objetivo principal, esclarecer y documentar la labor creativa y profesional de dos escultoras, las cuales tienen en común el hecho de haber trabajado para la corte de España y Rusia respectivamente: la española Luisa Roldán, a finales del S. XVII y la francesa Marie-Anne Collot, un siglo más tarde. Ambas demostraron destreza, alcanzaron fama y rompieron el aislamiento, haciéndose visibles en el momento que les tocó existir.
