Post Neoliberalizm? Kriz ve Sonrası Üzerine

Abstract

1970‟lerden sonra yaygınlaşan neoliberal politikalar finans merkezli birikim koşullarını oluşturmuş, 1990‟lı yıllardan itibaren dünyanın birçok ülkesinde birçok kriz yaşanmıştır. 2008 krizi sonrasında, neoliberalizmin kendisi tarafından keskinleştirilen krizleri önlemede yetersiz kaldığı açıkça ortaya çıkmıştır. Kriz sonrası uygulamalar öncelikle global bir finansal çöküşü önlemeye yönelmiş, ikinci aşamada neoliberalizmin otoriter araçlarla yeniden yapılanması gündeme gelmiştir. Bu süreçte neoliberal politikalara karşı tepkiler artmış, birçok AB ülkesi siyasi krize sürüklenmiştir. Finans piyasası kapitalizminin krizi bir yandan da post neoliberal olarak nitelenen, farklı öneri ve stratejileri gündeme getirmiştir.
