Endotrakeal Entübasyonda Airtraq ve Macintosh Laringoskop Kullanımının Hemodinami Üzerine_x000D_ Yanıtlarının Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the hemodynamic effects of the endotracheal intubation performed with Airtaq® (Prodol Meditec, Vizcaya, Spain) and Macintosh laryngoscopes._x000D_ Material and Method: After approval by the Institutional Ethics Committee 60 patients aged between 18-65 years in ASA group I with Mallampati scores I - II undergoing elective surgery were included in the study. Patients were randomized into two groups (n=30). All patients had their heart rate, noninvasive systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure, end-tidal carbondioxide pressure (ETCO2) and peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitored. Patients in the groups M, and A were intubated using Macintosh® and Airtraq laryngoscopes, respectively. Hemodynamic parameters of all patients were recorded before, and after induction of anesthesia and every 5 minutes after intubation, and compared statistically._x000D_ Results: There were no significant statistical differences between two groups regarding systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressures and heart rates during preoperative period and at 0., 1., 2., 3., 4., and 5. min (p>0.05). In both groups, systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressures and heart rates increased significantly at 1. min (p<0.05)._x000D_ Conclusion: Airtraq laryngoscope was found comparable to Macintosh laryngoscope concerning ease of use and hemodynamic response to endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı Airtraq ve Macintosh laringoskop ile yapılan endotrakeal entübasyonda hemodinamik yanıtların karşılaştırılmasıdır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Etik Komite onayı alındıktan sonra, ASA I grubunda, 18-65 yaş arası, hava yolu anatomisi Mallampati I-II olan, elektif cerrahi geçirecek 60 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Randomize olarak 2 gruba ayrılan (n=30) hastaların kalp hızı, noninvaziv sistolik, diyastolik ve ortalama kan basıncı, tidal sonu karbondioksit basıncı ve periferik oksijen satürasyonu monitörize edildi. Grup M hastalar Macintosh, grup A Airtraq laringoskop ile entübe edildi.
