1980'lerle birlikte reel sosyalizm ve geleneksel isçi örgütlenmeleri -parti, sendika vb.-genel bir gerileme-yenilgi dönemi yasamıslardır. Bu gerileme-yenilgiyi kendisi için birbasamak olarak da kullanan burjuvazi, neo-liberal politikalar çerçevesinde toplumsalsistemini restore etmeye baslamıstır. Güvencesizlik, çalısma kosullarının temelbelirleyeni haline gelmistir. Ancak bu uygulamaların bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkanyıgınsal mülksüzler kitlesi, hızla tepkilerini ve taleplerini ortaya koymustur. Bu çalısmaile 1980'lerle birlikte baslayan yeni isçi hareketleri ve hızla iktidara yönelen eylembiçimleri anlatılmaya çalısılmıstır. Bu sürecin açıklaması, uluslararası emekarastırmacılarının toplumsal hareket sendikacılıgı adını verdigi kavramsallastırmatemelinden yapılmaktadır. Yani bu kavram, yeni isçilerin salt sendikal örgütlenmesorununu degil; hareket biçimlerini kavrama, ona uygun örgütsel kanallarını yaratmatartısması olarak da ele alınmalıdır

By 1980?s the existing socialism and traditional workers organizations ?party, union,etc- had lived a defeat term. Bourgeoise, who used this regression-defeat as a footboardfor itself, began to restore the capitalist social system within the framework of neoliberalpolicies. Precarity became the essential determining factor of the labourconditions. However, the dispossessed masses that appear as a result of this practice,have demonstrated their reactions and demands rapidly. This work tries to represent thenew workers movements that have started by 1980?s and the action types that run to thepower rapidly. Clarification of his process is made in the basis of the conception whichis named social movement unionism. That is to say, this concept must be taken on notonly as to grasp the organization question of new workers. It must also be taken as adiscussion of grasping movement types and creating the acceptable organizationalchannels
