Abstract

Bilgi patlamasının yaşandığı teknolojinin sadece adının telaffuz edildiğikendisinin ise her alanda yakalanamaz bir truva atı olduğu gerçeğinin yaşandığıçağımızda, bu tez teknoloji ve gelişmeler düşünüldüğü zaman evrendeki dünyanınkapladığı yer kadar küçük olan bir konu (kaynak) üzerinde içine girildiği zamankıtaları ülkeleri ile koskoca bir dünya olan ve kıtalardan herhangi bir tanesineeşdeğer örtülü elektrod ile elektrik ark kaynağının donanımı, yöntemi ve kullanılanelektrotları incelendi.Üretmek önemli değil pazarda aranan ürünü üretmek ancak hataları ortadankaldırmakla mümkün kılına bileceği ilkesinden kaynak süreksizlikleri ( hataları )nelerdir,nasıl meydana gelir sorularına cevaplar aranmış ve önleme tedbirlerigerçekçi bir şekilde ortaya konmuştur.Yapılan birleştirmenin nerede ne kadar kullanılabilirliğinin veya ana yapıyla nekadar örtüşüp örtüşmediği gerçeğinin ortaya konulduğu tahribatlı ve tahribatsızmuayene yöntemleri ve en nihayetinde yapılan kaynağın ve oluşabilecek hatanınuluslararasındaki standartları verilmiştir.

In this thesis, hardware of arc welding with covered electrode, methods ofelectric arc welding and used electrodes were studied. This subject, a tiny part of theimproving technology which is also a huge branch in itself, is developing in a highspeed as the other improvements of the world.By using the principle ?Producing zero-mistake production is more importantthan just producing? the answers for the questions what the welding discontinuitiesare and how they happen were searched and precautions were determined in arealistic way.Destructive and non-destructive testing methods which describe the usability ofapplied welding as time, strength and place or how it overlaps with the mainsubstance were studied. Eventually international standarts of probable errors andapplied welding were given.
