Abstract

ÖZET MEKATRONIK SİSTEM ELEMANLARININ İNCELENMESİ VE BİR PLC KONTROLLÜ SİSTEM UYGULAMASI Makine, elektronik, kontrol ve bilgisayar teknolojilerinin birleşmesi teknolojide yeni bir dönem başlatmıştır. Oluşan bu yeni süreç mekatronik anlayışı ve felsefesidir. Artık mekatronik teknolojisi sayesinde daha yüksek yetenekte, daha hızlı, daha hassas, daha kaliteli, daha güvenilir sistemler geliştirmeye başlanmıştır. Algılayabilen, akıl yürütülebilen, karar verebilen ve bu karar doğrultusunda hareket edebilen mekatronik sistemler, çağdaş dünyanın vazgeçilmez temel araçları haline gelmiştir. Modern toplumlar seviyesine çıkartmayı hedef aldığımız ülkemizde ise bu süreç, her geçen gün daha hızlı ve daha etkili olarak ilerlemeye devam edecektir. Mekatronik sistemlerinin halen kullanıldığı ve gelecekteki öneminin de giderek arttığını gördüğümüz alanlardan bazıları; Askeri savunma sistemleri, tıbbi cihazlar, robotik, otomasyon, üretim (bilgisayar kontrollü makineler) sistemleridir. Mekatronik ile ilgili en büyük eksiklik bu alandaki çalışmaların yaygın olmamasıdır. Bu ihtiyacın giderilmesine yardımcı olma amacı ile yapılan bu çalışmada, mekatronik ve öğeleri ile ilgili bilgiler bir araya getirilmiştir.. Çalışmada; mekatronik, algılayıcılar, işlemciler, eyleyiciler'e ait konulara değinilmiş, Hidrolik - Pnömatik Laboratuarında uygulama örneği olarak PLC kontrollü modüler bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. İlgili uygulama örneği ve bu uygulama örneğinin hayata geçirilmesinde kullanılan PLC programı, çalışma prensipleri ve teknik bilgiler açıklanmıştır. Haziran, 2003 Ali COŞKUN XIII

ABSTRACT STUDY ON MECHATRONIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS AND A PLC CONTROLLED SYSTEM APPLICATION Integration of mechanics, electronics, control, and computer technologies started a new era. This new process is mechatronics understanding and philosophy. Via mechatronics technology, it is started to develop more capable, more sensible, more reliable systems of better quality. Mechatronic systems; which can sense, reason, decide, and actuate itself to the direction parallel to this decision, became inevitable and essential tools for the modern world. This progression of promoting to the contemporary level, targeted in our country will continue to evaluate faster and more effectively day-by-day. Some areas, in which mechatronic systems are currently being used and in which we see the importance of these systems are increasing continuously in the future are; Military Defense Systems, medical devices, robotics, automation, manufacturing (computer controlled machines) systems. The biggest shortage related to mechatronics seems to deficiency in making the studies on this area widespread enough. In this study, the knowledge related to Mechatronics and its elements has been brought together with the aim of eradicating this shortage. In this study; subjects of sensors, processing units, and actuators has been touched on and a PLC controlled modular system has been created as an application sample in a Hydraulic-Pneumatic Lab.
