Abstract

ÖZET KÜÇÜK TİP HADDE TASARIMI Talaşsız şekillendirmenin önemli yöntemlerinden olan haddeleme işlemi yalnızca demir çelik ürünlerinin değil demir dışı diğer metallerin özellikle alüminyum, altın, bakır gibi ürünlerin yassı ürünlerinin üretiminde de çok geniş bir kullanım alanına sahip bulunmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında laboratuar koşullarında çalışmalara uygun bir hadde makinası üretimi için gerekli olan tasarım yapılmıştır. Bu tez konusunun seçilmesindeki amaç haddeleme konusunda çok geniş bir literatürün bulunmayışı ve özellikle uygulamada karşılaşılan problemler anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışma içerisinde haddelemenin tanımı, haddelemede kullanılan makineler, haddeleme işlemi, işlem sırasında ve sonrasında oluşabilecek hatalar anlatılmıştır. Bu anlatılanlar doğrultusunda daha sonra Metal Eğitim Bölümünde üretilip ve laboratuar şartlarında kullanılmak üzere bir küçük tip hadde makinesi için gerekli tasarım aşamaları, gerekli malzeme seçimi ve kontrolleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. ABSTRACT Rolling prodecure that is one of the important wayes of without shavings shaping has a wide range of use not only in the use of iron and steel products but also other metals especially gold, aluminium, copper and their flat products production. The subject of the thesis is to establish the design that's needed a rolling mill which is suitable for the work in the laboratory. The aim in choosing this thesis is because of the lack of a wide literature and especially the problems that are faced while applying. In this work we have tried to explain the description of mill, machines used for mill and errors that can occur during and after mill operations. In the direction of these explanations we tried to design a project of rolling mill that will be used in the laboratory circumstances later and will be produced in the department of metal.
