Bankalar ile borçluları arasındaki kredi sürecinde muhasebe düzeni

Abstract

BRIEF STUDY ON ACCOUNTING SYSTEM BETWEEN BANKS AND BORROWERS IN LENDING PROCESS All companies should have strong financial standings to survive their facilities. The companies especially should have sound capital structure to have sound financial standing. In addition, companies as they survive their facilities meet some financial requirements from external funds i.e. bank loans besides their running capital. The need and demand of external funds by the companies createted the concept of credit or loan as time passed. The concept of credits loans bears high importance for both two parties; banks and their customers. The banks deliver the funds that they have bought from market to various companies running at differents fields of trade of business as per commercial circumstanses and demands. In the view of the fact that the banks are oriented to make profit as well as all other companies, the balance of deposits and credits of a banks balance sheet is highly important just like balance of active sheet and passive of a companys balance sheet. In case of mismanagementof this balance in any company or bank, problems and trouble may occur immediately. In this surney, I tried to introduce the subject with different aspects. The subject has been dealt under the view of two parties. An additions this studys includes accounting system arising from a credit loan transaction.
