Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the perception of service quality of the citizens towards the sports parks served by Güvercintepe Sports Park, Başakşehir Sports Park and Bahçeşehir Sports Center.Materials and Methods: The study was descriptive and descriptive. The population of the study consists of citizens who have received service from Güvercintepe Sports Park, Başakşehir Sports Park and Bahçeşehir Sports Center. The sample of the study consists of 650 people who were easily selected by sampling method. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. Questionnaire forms consist of Quality of Service Scale. There are 31 questions in the scale. SPSS 18 package program was used for data analysis and LISREL program was used for confirmatory factor analysis. According to the test results, the sub-dimensions provided normal distribution conditions and in this case, it was decided to apply parametric tests such as t test, ANOVA test and Pearson Correlation test.Results: The physical condition of the center, activity equipment, personnel and personal sub-dimensions are related to each other in terms of service quality. The value to be given to all sub-dimensions gains importance in increasing service quality. No statistically significant difference was found between Güvercintepe Sports Park and Başakşehir Sports Park in terms of activity equipment sub-dimension and personnel sub-dimension. There was a statistically significant difference between all other relationships.Results: As a result of the research, four sub-dimensions were found to be important for the measurement of service quality in sports parks. These dimensions include personnel assessment, physical status of the center, personal assessment and status of activity equipment.Keywords: Service Quality, Municipal Services, Sports Parks

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı Güvercintepe Spor Parkı, Başakşehir Spor Parkı, Bahçeşehir Spor Merkezi tarafından hizmet verilen spor parklarına yönelik vatandaşların hizmet kalitesi algılarının tespit edilmesidir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma tanımlayıcı ve açıklayıcı tiptedir. Araştırmanın evrenini Güvercintepe Spor Parkı, Başakşehir Spor Parkı, Bahçeşehir Spor Merkezi'nden hizmet almış vatandaşlar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile seçilmiş 650 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formları Hizmet Kalitesi Ölçeği'nden oluşmaktadır. Ölçekte 31 soru yer almaktadır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 18 paket programı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizinin uygulanmasında LISREL programı kullanılmıştır. Test sonuçlarına göre alt boyutlar normal dağılım koşullarını sağlamıştır ve bu durumda parametrik testler olan t testi, ANOVA testi ve Pearson Korelasyon testinin uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir.Bulgular: Hizmet kalitesine yönelik olarak merkezin fiziki durumu aktivite ekipman, personel ve kişisel alt boyutlar birbirleriyle ilişkilidir. Hizmet kalitesinin artmasında, tüm alt boyutlara verilecek değer önem kazanmaktadır. Araştırmada aktivite ekipman alt boyutu ve personel alt boyutu açısından Güvercintepe Spor Parkı, Başakşehir Spor Parkı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Diğer tüm ilişkiler arasında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık mevcuttur.Sonuçlar: Araştırma sonucunda spor parklarında hizmet kalitesinin ölçümlenmesinde temel olarak dört alt boyutun önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu boyutlar, personel değerlendirme, merkezin fiziki durumu, kişisel değerlendirme ve aktivite ekipmanların durumudur.Anahtar Sözcükler: Hizmet Kalitesi, Belediye Hizmetleri, Spor Parkları
