Abstract

Siyasal iletişim kampanyaları siyasal aktörler tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve halkın siyasal aktörler tarafından ikna edilmesini sağlayan çalışmalardır. Bu çalışmaları gerçekleştiren siyasal aktörler ya iktidar erkine talip olan kişilerdir ya da iktidara sahip olan kişilerdir. Her iki durumda da siyasal aktörler rıza üretiminde bulunurlar. Bu rıza üretimi gerçekleştirilirken siyasal aktörler içinde bulundukları kültürel değerleri göz önünde bulundurarak siyasal iletişim kampanyalarının içeriğini, yaklaşımı oluştururlar. Bu sebeple de kültür kavramı siyasal iletişim kampanyaları için çok önemli bir değer vasfı taşımaktadır. Bu kültürel değerlerden olan bireysellik ve kolektivizm değerleri de bireylerin toplumsal durumlara karşı davranış biçimini belirleyen değişkenlerdir. Bu sebeple de bu değerlerin farklılaştığı ülkelerde siyasal iletişim kampanyalarının içeriği ve yaklaşımı değişmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Siyasal İletişim, Siyasal İletişim Kampanyaları, Siyasal Aktörler

Political communication campaigns are carried out by political actors to ensure persuasion of voters. The actors who perform these campaigns are either those who aspire to power, or they are politicians who want to come to power again. In both cases, actors try to produce consent to obtain power. While forming the production of consent to come to power, political actors shape their political campaigns taking into account the culture they are in. For this reason, the concept of culture carries an important value for political campaigns. Individuality and collectivism are cultural variables that determine the behavior of individuals against social situations. Therefore the content and approach of political campaigns vary in countries where these values differ.Key Words: Political Communication, Political Communication Campaigns, Political Actors.
