Abstract

Bu çalışmada servo kontrollü, yataklanmış bir mil üzerindeki rulmana ait arizalarin, titreşim analizi ile belirlenmesi ve arizali rulmanin sisteme etkilerinin bulunmasi amaçlanmiştir.Servo kontrollü yataklanmiş bir rulmana ait titreşim sinyalleri takip edilmiş ve analizi yapılmıştır.Yapılacak deneyler sonucunda rulmanda meydana gelen hasarlar önceden tespit edilerek beklenmeyen arızaların önüne geçilmesi amaçlanmış ve kestirimci bakımın önemine vurgu yapılmıştır. Aynı zamanda hasarlı bir rulmanın sisteme olan negatif etkisi incelenerek ileride oluşabilecek yüksek maliyetli hasarların önüne geçilmiş olunacaktır. Yapılacak olan çalışmada Panasonic marka servo motora kaplin vasıtasıyla mil bağlantısı yapılmış ve UCP 204 standartlarında 20mm çapında 2 adet rulman ile yataklanmıştır.Titreşim verileri Arduino Mega 2560 ve Adxl 335 ivmeölçer kullanılarak alınmış, alınan veriler Matlab&Simulink ortamında işlenerek FFT analizi yapılmıştır. Alınan veriler, matematiksel hesaplamalar yapılarak ortaya çıkarılan rulman arıza frekansları ile karşılaştıralarak sonuca varılmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to determine the faults of the bearing on a bearing with servo control by vibration analysis, and to determine the effect of the bearing on the system. Periodic vibration measurements were recorded from the service controlled bearing and this vibration motion was analyzed.As a result of the experiments to be done, it was aimed to prevent the unexpected failures by determining the damages that occurred in the bearing in advance and emphasized the importance of estimating maintenance. At the same time, the negative impact of a damaged bearing on the system will be investigated to avoid any future costly damage.In the work to be done, the shaft connection is made through the coupling of Panasonic 400w servo motor and it is bedded with 2 roller bearings.Vibration data were obtained using the Arduino Mega 2560 and Adxl 335 accelerometers and the received data were processed in Matlab & Simulink environment for FFT analysisThe results are given in comparison with the bearing failure frequencies found by mathematical calculations.
