Abstract

Elektronik ticaret 1995 yılından sonra İnternet kullanımının artmasıyla ortaya çıkan, ticaretin elektronik ortamda yapılması kavramıdır. Elektronik ticaret, tüm dünyada ticaretin serbestleştirilmesi eğilimi ile birlikte, 2000'li yıllardan sonra yaşanan ve bilgi iletişimini kolaylaştıran teknolojik gelişmelerin bir parçası olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Geçmişte bir ölçüye kadar kapalı bilgisayar ağları üzerinden gerçekleştirilen elektronik ticaret uygulamaları, güvenli olmakla birlikte maliyeti yüksek sistemlerdir. Elektronik ticaret açısından en etkin araç olarak kabul edilen yeni internet teknolojileri ise ses, görüntü ve yazılı metni aynı anda, daha hızlı ve güvenli bir şekilde ilettiğinden, internet üzerinden yapılan bu işlemlerin maliyeti diğer araçlara oranla hayli düşüktür.E-ticareti bu kadar gözde kılan unsurlar arasında; e-ticaretin, şirket ile hedef kitlesi arasındaki doğrudan ilişki sağlaması, pazarlamacılara istedikleri bilgileri sunması, hızlı ve düşük maliyetli olması ve tüm bunların elektronik ortamda yapılıyor olması sayılabilir. Diğer olumlu unsurlar arasında ise dağıtımda kolaylık ve ucuzluk, tüketici ile daha rahat etkileşim, anında geri dönüş, dikkat çekicilik, küresel pazarla tanışma, 24 saat hizmet ve anında satış yer alır.Elektronik ticaretin gelişmesi internet bankacılığının gelişmesine ön ayak olmuştur. İnternet bankacılığı, banka müşterilerinin internet üzerinden bankacılık hizmetleri almasına verilen addır. Artan internet kullanımı ve alışveriş sebebiyle giderek daha çok kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. İnternet bankacılığı, banka şubesine gitmeden, internet erişimi olan bir bilgisayar aracılığıyla yapılan bir uygulama olup birçok bankacılık işlemini kapsar. Şubelerdeki kalabalık işlem yükünü azaltan ve personel artışından koruyan, maliyetleri düşüren bu yeni bankacılık anlayışı gittikçe gelişmektedir. Özellikle güvenlik konusunda alınan son önlemler ile hizmet oldukça güvenli hale getirilmiştir.

Other positive elements while delivering convenience and cheapness, the consumer is more comfortable with the interaction, instant feedback, be sure to charm, a 24-hour global market introduction and instant sales takes place.The development of electronic commerce internet banking has been the improvement of forefoot. İnternet banking, Bank customers of the internet via is the name given to banking services. Due to the increasing use of the internet and shopping, has been used more and more. Internet banking, Bank branch before, with internet access, a computer is an application made through covers many banking operation reduces the processing load of the crowd and the staff in branch offices ... a rise in the costs of this new banking is evolving steadily decreasing. Especially Security measures taken with regard to the service has been made quite safe.
