Abstract

In modern day's world, the marketing dynamics which change drastically with the existence of internet, are affecting the markets in terms of transformation. The real estate business is also affected by the developments and continues its evolution by exposing qualitative and quantitative variations on virtual environments.In this study, the parameters of buyer, seller an real estator will be evaluated on the virtual enviroments by considering the internet marketing criterias. It's going to be tried to determine how and where the growing needs of information, speed and communication of information society are met and satisfied on web based platforms.Keywords : Internet Real Estate Business, Virtual Real Estate Business

Günümüzde internetin varlığıyla gelişen piyasa dinamikleri sert bir şekilde sektörlerde çeşitli dönüşümlere yol açmaktadır. Emlâk sektörü de bu gelişmelere mâruz kalarak, sanal ortamda nitel ve nicel varyasyonlara uğrayarak evrimine devam etmektedir.Bu çalışmada internette pazarlamanın kriterleri göz önünde bulundurularak, emlâk piyasasının sanal ortamlarda alıcı, satıcı ve emlâkçı parametreleri değerlendirilecektir. Bilgi toplumunun artan hız, enformasyon ve iletişim ihtiyaçlarının, emlâk sektöründe internet bazlı olarak nasıl ve hangi platformlarda karşılandığı ve tatmin edildiği tesbit edilmeye çalışılacaktır.Anahtar Kelimeler : internet emlâkçılığı, sanal emlâkçılık
