Müselsel hadis konusunu ele alan bu tezde müselsel kavramının tanımı, tarihçesi, müselsel hadis çeşitleri, müselsel hadislerin çeşitli problemleri ele alınmıştır. Müselsel hadislerin belli bir kısmı esas alınarak genel bir değerlendirme yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca müselsel hadis hakkında oluşturulan literatür de verilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda, müselsel hadisin önceleri sahih hadisin üst düzey bir şekli gibi düşünüldüğü ve Hz. Peygamber'e her bakımdan uyma olarak değerlendirildiği ancak zamanla her türlü benzerliğin bu kategoriye girdirildiği ve zayıf ravilerin de müselsel rivayete önem verdiği, bu yüzden de müselsel hadislerin sıhhat bakımından çeşitli eleştirilere tâbi tutulduğu görülmektedir.
In this thesis which deals with musalsal (enchained) had?th, definition, history, types and various problems of the musalsal had?th are analyzed. It is tried to make a general evaluation on a particular part of musalsal traditions. Besides, a bibliography on musalsal had?th is given. At the end of the thesis, it is seen that at first with musalsal had?th is accepted as a higher level of authentic had?th, and adherence to the Prophet (pbuh) in every respect. However, in time every resemblances was put in this category, and weak transmitters attached importance to this kind of traditions as well. As a consequence of this, musalsal traditions were criticized regarding various aspects.
