Abstract

Belâğat ilminin ana disiplinlerinden Meânî'ye âit bir sanat olan ?Îcâz?, az söz ile çok mânâ ifâde etmek demektir ve makâma uygunluk şartıyla takdir gören bir üslûp tarzıdır. Îcâz üslûbunun tercih edilmesinde şu faktörler etkilidir: - Ele alınan konu, - Muhâtap kişi veyâ kitle, - Söz sâhibinin dil melekesi ve edebî zevki.Îcâz sanatının iki türü vardır: a) Kısar Îcâzı b) Hazif ÎcâzıKısar Îcâzı; sözde hazife başvurmadan, yâni cümlenin öğelerininden herhangi birini sözden düşürmeden, az lâfız ile pek çok mânâyı dile getirmek demektir. Bu münâsebetle denilebilir ki, yoğun mânâlara sâhip bir metnin/eserin edebî inceliklerine (nüktelerine) nüfûz edebilmek için, îcâz-ı kısar üslûbuna âşina olmak gerekmektedir.Hazif îcâzı ise, cümlenin öğelerinden biri veyâ birkaçının sözden düşürülmesiyle elde edilen îcâz türüdür. Ancak burada asıl mesele, îcâz-ı hazfe örnek olan bir ibârede ?hazfin mevcûdiyetini tespit etme? ve ?mahzûf (sözden düşürülen) lâfzı doğru bir şekilde belirleme? meselesidir. Hazfi tespit etmede gerekli olan ?karîne? ise, hazif îcâzının en temel konularından biridir.Netîce olarak, îcâz üslûbu Arap dilinde çok geniş bir kullanım alanına sâhiptir. Bu üslûba sâhip metinlerin/eserlerin üzerine yapılan yorumlar da, yorum yapanların ilmî düzeylerinin farklılığı sebebiyle, çeşitlilik arzetmektedir.

Ijaz is an art the belonging to Meani which is main disciplines of science of rhetoric (Belaga). Icaz means expressing many senses with a few words. It is also an appreciated style/uslub with conditions compliance with ?makam?These factors are effective to prefer İjaz: the issue discussed; contact person or group; speaker's language ability and literary taste.There are two types of İjaz art: a) Ijaz of Kısar b) Ijaz of Hazif.İjaz of Kiar: without applying hazif in expression, it means without reducing any of the items of sentences, expressing much senses with a few words. It can be said that to penetrate literary elegance of a text which has intense sense, it is necessary to be familiar with icaz-i kisar.İjaz of Hacr is a style of ijaz which is obtained with reducing of one or more items from the words of the sentence. However, the real issue here, detecting of presence and determine correctly the reduced word (mahzuf). in the expression which is an example for ijaz of hazf.As a result, İjaz has a wide usage in the Arabic tradition. The comment on the texts which has this style/uslub, Due to differences in the scientific levels of commentators, has varieties.
