Tavsiye motorları müşterilere daha fazla satış yapabilmek amacıyla uzun zamandır kullanılmaktadır. Internet'in hayatımıza girişi, tavsiye sistemlerinin veri toplamasını kolaylaştırmıştır. Web sitesi ziyaretçilerine ilgilierini çekebilecek ürün veya içeriği önerecek tavsiye sistemleri uzun zamandır farklı teknikler ile geliştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir veri madenciliği tekniği olan birliktelik kuralları ile web sitelerinde kullanılmak üzere bir tavsiye motoru geliştirilmiş, tavsiye motorunun ziyaretçilerin satınalma davranışlarına olan etkisi incelenmiştir.
Recommendation engines have been in use for a long time to increase sales. The entrance of Internet to our daily life has simplified the data collection process. Recommendation system which offers products and conents which can engage customer?s attention has been developed for a long time. In this study, a recoomendation system for web sites has been developed which utilizes association rule mining and the effect of the engine on buying behaviour has been observed.
