Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Anayasal iktisat teorisinin nedenleri ve ilkeleri incelendikten sonra Anayasal iktisat tarafından getirilen öneriler analiz edilmiştir. Mali disiplinsizlik ve mali iflas olgusu içinde Türkiye ekonomisi incelenmiş ve ekonomik anayasa gerekliliğinin ülkemiz açısından önemi açıklanmıştır. Sonuçta, Anayasal iktisat önerilerinin ekonomi açısından ciddiyeti anlatılmış ve yapılması gerekenler için öneriler verilmiştir.
