Televizyon sinema dayanışması ve fransa örneği

Abstract

In ?Television, Sinema Solidarity and France Illustration? doctorate thesis; Effects ofCNC (Centre National de la Cinematographie-National Cinema Centre; centre that providesthe solidarity between the cinema and the television sector) on French Culture and FrenchCinema has been analysed since the date of its foundation in 1946. Attached to FrenchCulture and Communication Ministry, CNC particularly has been established to improve theFrench Cinema as an industrial branch againts to the Hollywood Cinema. In addition CNC issupporting the French AudioVisual products financially, committing itself to theadvertisement of such products internationnally and finally organizing the education of thecinema in France. While CNC is supporting the French Cinema by all means, it receivesoutmost support from the television channels. In Turkey cinema has not been developped as an industrial branch. CNC constitutes animportant model for Turkish Cinema Centre that is established to provide necessary studieswith the same objective, to strengthen the Turkish Cinema culturally and economically. Fromthis assumption, in this thesis; similarities that could arise between the CNC example and theTurkish Cinema Centre plus, what type of supports that the same centre could receive fromTurkish televisions, are being analysed.
