Türkiye’de barter işletmeleri ve muhasebesi

Abstract

Barter trade is an instrument constituted from the usage of goods in finance markets more than product markets. It is a system providing the companies to meet their finance by their own capitals. The barter system offers the companies to buy with the most convenient payment instrument for them when buying in exchange for goods and services. A company saves as much money as it uses the system, and it reduces its capital at the same ratio. The barter system, which has the ability to turn the sources of companies and the country into financial values in the short run, has been developed in Turkey in the last ten years. When compared with other countries, there is smaller number of companies operating in the sector. There is not any law degree to regulate the barter procedures in Turkey. This work studies how the barter trade, which is claimed to be of great benefits for our country and companies, could be legally utilized in line with the existing laws. Besides, it also deals with practical implementation of accounting of buying and selling processes.
