Lavandula stoechas bitkisinin özellikleri ve fibrinolitik siste etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract

7. SUMMARY In this study, the extractions of Lavandula stoechas L. ssp. stoechas, with ethyl alcohol and distilled water are used for investigation of fibrinolytic activity. Each of the extraction of the Lavandula stoechas L. with ethyl alcohol and distilled water, were added in a ratio of 1/10 to a pool plasma, prepared previously. Saline solution is used as a control. The effects of these extractions on fibrinolytic activity evaluated by using the methods of Euglobulin Lysis Time (ELT) according to Coply (60) and fibrin plates prepared with human fibrinogen according to Austrup (61). As a result, it was observed that the extractions of Lavandula stoechas L. ssp. stoechas activates the fibrinolytic system meaningfully. 32
