Abstract

SUMMARY The quality of welding in the first chapter, welding defects and their solutions in the second and the third chapter of prepared this thesis had been investigated. The welding defects which direct affect at the static rigidity of welding joints should be known. The calculations of rigidity that welding joints with welding defect is not true. The welding processes and welding defects connected with welding processes and explanations about getting better welding defects had located in the fourth chapter. The jBfth chapter has constituted characteristics of a good welder and masterly standarts connected with a good welder. The sixth chapter has constituted static rigidity calculations of welding joints. Some necessary foremost explanations about static rigidity calculations vvelding joints had done. Welding joints' formulas with helping figures had considered in the lap and butt welding headline.

ÖZET Hazırlanan bu tezin Birinci bölümünde kaynağın kalitesi,, İkinci ve Üçüncü bölümde kaynak hataları ve çözümleri incelenmiştir. Bunun sebebi kaynaklı birleştirmelerin statik mukavemetini direkt etkileyen kaynak hatalarının bilinmesidir. Kaynak hatalı bir birleşmenin mukavemet hesabının müspet netice vermesi beklenemez. Dördüncü bölümde ise kaynak yöntemleri ve bu kaynak yöntemlerine bağlı olarak kaynak kusurları ve bunların giderilmesine ilişkin açıklamalar yer almıştır. Beşinci böümde iyi bir kaynakçıda bulunması gereken hususlar ustalık standartları adı altında verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde Kaynaklı birleştirmelerin statik mukavemet hesaplarına giriş yapılmıştır. Kaynaklı birleştirmelerin statik mukavemet hesaplarında da gerekli ön açıklamalar yapılmış, Aim ve Bindirme Kaynaklan başlığıyla, şekiller yardımıyla kaynaklı birleştirmelere ilişkin formüller irdelenmiştir.
