m ABSRACT This paper, which approaches national objectives by examining Turkey's political, economical, militarily and physiological power, is a report on guiding Turkey recently and on future. On the first stage, strategy and national strategy were analyzed, then national strategy elements were defined. It was evaluated that the lack of definitions theoretically may affect to understand the subject easily. After that on the basis of national formulation, politic, social and physiologic economical and military factors were examined. On the second part Turkey's national strategy was held and national interest and Turkey's foreign Policy were analyzed. After these analyze, national strategic appraisal was held and The States and Institutions, which directed The World's and Turkey's changes and trends, were examined, regional environment neighbor States were analyzed. On this part Turkey's economical, politic, military situations were also evaluated. After examining the national strategic appraisal and determining the forces and trends which act to further or hinder achievement of national interests and considering possibility of creating new forces or trends, which will advance the national interests, the national objectives, affecting national security were tested for suitability with national principles and Feasibility, with national power and finally, national strategic concept was reached. The tentative objectives were tested for compatibility with national interests, acceptability with national principles and consonance with the nationan strategic concept and finally, it was reached to national objectives. Realization of these objectives reached us the determination of specific courses of action designed to achieve each objective.On this study, The States and Regions.Middle East, Middle Asia, The Caucasus, USA and Russia which affected especially Turkey's national strategy in a broader sense, were deeply analyzed and mutual interest and objectives were evaluated, For preparing this paper, a great deal of resources were carefully examined.
