III
ABSTRACT Sheet-metal forming methods can be mainly divided into two groups: Shearing and forming. Each method can be divided into subgroups according to the machines used in the process. Die life, die cost, operation time, consumed sheet metal weight and scrap weight varies due to sheet-metal working process. These factors directly affects production time and production cost. In this thesis cost affecting factors are examined by technical point of view. Different processes are compared in production time of certain products. -II
