Abstract

ABSTRACT Analyse of the differences among the groups of political parties with respect to the psychological needs has formed the subject of this research. Personal Preference Inventory of Edwards has been used as a test means. Üsküdar and Kartal districts has been inserted to the study, and the study has been completed after applying the Personal Preference Inventory of Edwards to sixty members of the seven parties. Age, sex and education has been compared with psychological needs in the research. Although the difference with respect to psychological needs among parties have been determined, there hasn't been clearly found any diference according to the situations of age, sex and education among the members of the different parties. 131

oz Bu araştırmada siyasi parti üyelerinin psikolojik ihtiyaçları açısından analizi konusu üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Ölçme aracı olarak Edwards Kişisel Tercihler Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya istanbul'un Üsküdar ve Kartal ilçeleri alınmış ve ölçme aracı yedi parti grubundan 60'ar üyeye uygulanarak tamamlanmıştır. Araştırmada yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi değişkenleri, psikolojik ihtiyaç örüntüleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Parti üyeleri arasında psikolojik ihtiyaçlar bakımından farklılıklar belirmesine rağmen yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumlarına göre belirgin farklılık bulunmamıştır. 130
