ÖZET Bu çalışmada `Türkiye'de sporcu ve seyirci sağ¬ lığı `nın mevcut probleri üzerinde ağırlıklı olarak durulmuş, bu açıdan sporda gelişmiş ülkelerdeki uy¬ gulamalara da temas edilerek mevcut problemlerin orta¬ dan kaldırılması için yapılması gerekenlerin tespi¬ tine çalışılmıştır. Çalışma altı bölümden meydana gelmiştir. Birinci bölümde sağlık, spor ve sosyal gv'ven- likle ilgili kavramlara değinilmiş; ikinci bölümde ise ağırlıklı olarak Almanya, Amerika, ingiltere ve diğer bazı Avrupa ülkeleri ile Türkiye'de mevcut ge¬ nel sigorta durumları kısaca açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm `sporda sigorta organizasyonu` ü- zerinedir. Türkiye'de sporcuların sigorta-kapsamına alınmaları için yapılan çalışmalar ve sonuçları ü- zerinde durulmuş; bu çalışmalar Almanya gibi diğer ülkelerle karşılaştırılarak ülkemizdeki uygulamala¬ rın yetersizliği belirlenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde `Sporcu Sağlık Organizazyonu` adı altında spor hekimliği, sporcu sağlık merkezle¬ ri, sporcu muayeneleri,sakatlıklar, bazı hastalık ve zararlı alışkanlıklar, sporda ani ölümler, spor tesislerinde sağlık, özürlülerde spor, sporda doping, Sporda sağlığı etkileyen psiko-sosyal faktörler-şid- det ve saldırganlık- yabancı ülkelerdeki uygulama¬ lar, araştırma ve lâboratuvar bulguları da dikkate alınarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Sayılan bu ko¬ nular çerçevesinde Türkiye'deki muevcut şartların henüz çok yetersiz olduğu, bazı uygulamaların ise hiç bilinmediği kanaatine varılmıştır.354 Beşinci bölümde sporcu, seyirci, hakem ve ant¬ renörlerin sağlık sorunları ile ilgili bir anket uy¬ gulaması yer almaktadır. Bu anket sonuçlarına göre sayılan grupların hepsinin sağlık sorunları olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar daha önceki bölümlerdeki inceleme sonuçlarını doğrular mahiyet¬ te bulunmuştur. Son bölümde de çalışmanın ortaya çıkardığı ba¬ zı sonuçlar da dikkate alınarak ilkemiz rrenelinde sporcu ve seyirci sağlığı ile ilgili alınması gerek¬ li görülen tedbirler birer teklif olarak sıralanma¬ ya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucu Türkiye'de sporcu ve seyirci sağ¬ lığı ile ilgili araştırmaların, alınan tedbirlerin birçoğunun yetersizliği ve uygulama alanı bulamadığı yönünde bir kanaatin güçlenmesine yardımcı olmuştur. Çalışma konumuzun kapsamlı oluşu, daha önce ay¬ nı konularda yeterli araştırma ve incelemelerin ek¬ sik oluşu, uygulama ve incelemelerinden yararlandığı¬ mız ülkelerle aramızda siyasi ve kültürel aynı za¬ manda ekonomik yönden farklılıkların bulunması, ça¬ lışmamız çerçevesindeki bir takım sıkıntıların kay¬ nağına.: olnş t^rmuş tur.

l SUMMARY in this work, `the present health problems of the sporsmen and onlookers in Turkey` are studied and it is tried to show the ways of solution of these problems by explaining the techniques that developed countries applied. The work consits of six chapters: in the first chapter it is pointed to the concepts dealing with health sports and social security; in the second chapter the social security is explained using the practice mostly in Germany, USA, England,Turkey and some other Europen countries. The third chapter is about `the security orga- nization in sports`. The working, in Turkey, to put the sportsmen into social security and its result is explained; comparing it with the vorking in other countries, like Gennany, and it is proved that there should be done many other searches in Turkey in this field. in the fourth chapter, it is studied the medical science of sports, health center and examining of sportsmen, infirmity, some illness, sudden death in sports, health in sports örganizations, sports of detective ones, doping in sports, some pyshological- social factors that influence the health of sports¬ men, violence and aggressiveness in `Health Organiza- tion of Sportsmen`, considering the practice in foreign countries, the results of their research and laboratory working. The result is that the present conditions in Turkey are guite inadequate and some356 parts of ways above are not known at all. In the fift chapter there is a questionnaire about the health problems of onlooker, referee and trainer. This questionnaire shows that all of them have health problems. These findings prove the previous study. In the last chapter, taking care of the results of this study, some measures are advised for the ge neral problems of onlookers and sportsmen seen in the most parts of our country. The result of the study shows that the research for the health of onlookers and sportsmen and most of the measures are quite inadequate and also it is not possible to use them in practice. We had some serious problems in our study because the area of the study is very wide, the previour works of others are very insufficient, there are many politics, cultural and economic diffe- rencer between our country and other developed countries.
