Silikon güneş pillerinde fotovoltaik ölçümler

Abstract

SUMMARY we carried aut photovoltaic measurements in order to determined the cell parameters of silicon solar cells. The cell has been illuminated by a source which has similar characteristics to a solar spectrum and open- circuit voltage /1.short-circuit current I, and fiil factor FF :... 3 oc' sc' parameters were measured. Ideality factor n, series R and shunt R. resistances were obtained from forward and reverse dark I-V characteristics. Above mentioned parameters; /J, I and FF were measured in relation to DC SC temperature in the range of 1Q-100 QC. The present experimental results agree with the theorical predictions for silicon solar cells.

SİLİKON GÜNEŞ PİLLERİNDE FOTDVOLTAİK ÖLÇÜMLER GZET Bu çalışmada, silikon güneş pilleri üzerinde, pil parametrelerini bulmak üzere fatovoltaik ölçümler yapılmıştır. Spektrumu güneş ışığına yakın bir halojen lamba ile aydınlatılan pilin, açık devre gerilimi Voc,,kısa devre akımı Isc, ve fiil faktörü FF parametreleri ölçülmüştür. Düz ve ters karanlık I-V karekteristiklerinden, idealite faktörü n, seri Rs ve şönt Rsh. dirençleri bulunmuştur. 10-100 C sıcaklık bölgesinde bu pa rametrelerden Voc, Isc ve FF` 'nin sıcaklıkla değişimleri incelenmiştir. Bulunan deneysel sonuçlar silikon piller için beklenen kuramsal sonuç larla uyum halindedir.
